  • Manage your property from the palm of your hand with our online portal. Included as standard with our block management services, you can report an issue, pay your service charge, access important documents at a time that suits you.

  • We provide regular updates and reports, tailored to your requirements, so you will always know what’s happening with your property, its finances, and upcoming works.

  • We have a dedicated Property Inspection team who will visit your development regularly to carry out a full inspection. Inspections are completed through our bespoke Site Survey app and any items requiring review are raised in real time on our property management system for maximum efficiency.
