  • We have a rare and unique opportunity for an exceptional property professional to join Principle in a key role. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with proven property management and leadership experience to support and further grow our team in London.

    We are seeking an experienced residential block management specialist to join our Operations Board. You will be used to a high quality and demanding client base and will have demonstrable experience of developing and leading high performing teams. You will manage a small portfolio of our top clients in Central London whilst leading and driving the development of the business.

    Providing daily coaching, mentoring and training will be an everyday part of this challenging role, alongside the opportunity to utilise your experience and strategic leadership skills to optimise our service delivery. Your team will be the heartbeat of the business, supported by a range of supplementary services that make up our desirable property management offering. Working closely with the Property Director, you will promote the company, its vision and its values, and lead a high performing team to support the business to achieve its long term ambitions.

  • We are seeking a Credit Control Assistant to join our growing finance team due to the expansion of our portfolio. You will provide essential administrative support to aid the day to day running of our portfolio of properties, as well as assisting with service charge and ground rent arrears collection. The purpose of this role is to minimise the arrears at each of our properties to support our property management team to maintain developments to the highest possible standard.

    Job Title: Credit Control Assistant
    Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 DOE
    Location: Hybrid (Birmingham office x3 days per week)
    Working Hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday-Friday
    Reports to: Credit Control Manager
