Portal Features

Before you can register to use the portal, you must first provide us with your email address that you will be using to register.
New Customers: If you are new to Principle and have never given us any contact details, please complete the Contact Details Form by clicking here.
Existing Customers: If you are an existing customer, simply register your email by clicking here and we will update your account.

Before you can register, please ensure you have provided us with your email address that you will be using to register. Once this has been received and confirmed by our team:
Click the register button below to access the login page
Click ‘Registration and Forgotten Password’
Fill in your Customer Reference and User Name
Fill in your email address - this must be the same one held on our system
Click Register and you will then receive an email with a password to login
Once logged in, you can change your password and start using your portal

Your username should be the same as your customer reference and is in this format: 001-001-001A. This can be found on all correspondence we send to you.

Click on the ‘Registration & Forgotten password’ link on the portal login page

Enter your username
Enter your email address you used to register
Click forgotten password
You will then receive an email from info@principleestate.co.uk with an automatically generated temporary password.
You can login with this new password or change it to something more memorable by clicking ‘change password’ on the login screen.

You can make a card payment of all or part of your outstanding balance using Visa or Mastercard.
Click on the Make a payment option and click on Full or Part against each line to pay that amount. You may need to scroll to the right on some devices to do this.
Next click Process Payments and enter the details as registered with your card provider.
Click Process payments and you will see a confirmation screen. If you are happy click Confirm and pay.
Click on your choice of card and enter your card details and complete the payment process. Please note that this part of the system is provided by Sagepay and that no card details are recorded or retained within the records of Principle Estate Management.
Once successfully completed you will be returned to the Home Screen of the portal where you will be able to see your payment in the account History and be able to request an email confirmation of payment.

Yes. Once logged in, click on the Maintenance request option.
Complete the mandatory fields indicated by a red asterisk and then click Submit. Your request will be sent to our Customer Service team who will get in touch with you.
