London Court is an independent retirement development of 43 one and two-bedroom leasehold apartments close to the centre of Oxford. The development features communal landscaped gardens, car parking, a residents’ lounge, Careline monitoring and a guest apartment. A resident general manager takes care of the day-to-day running of the building and liaises with the managing agent.

Following a competitive tender, we’ve been appointed to manage Portman Towers, a residential development in central London. Portman Towers is located just off Portman Square and opposite Montagu Square in the highly sought-after W1 postcode area, within a short walk of Selfridges and Marylebone High Street. Each apartment across the two blocks is worth £3m+, resulting in a total value exceeding £0.25 billion.
