A skilled member of staff at Principle Estate Management has been selected as one of the top 50 rising stars in the sector.

Danielle Lannon, who is a senior associate director at Principle, was chosen by judges to join the prestigious Property Management 50 Hall of Fame 2022.

The Hall of Fame, hosted by Flat Living and sponsored by PMR, appoints a board of judges to select the top 50 professionals in the sector every year.

Brett Williams, managing director of Principle, said: “Danielle truly deserves this recognition in the sector as she’s a great operator who always applies our vision of positively impacting the everyday lives of those in our communities.

“Since joining us in 2019, Danielle has quickly progressed from senior property manager to associate director and since last month is now senior associate director.

“These promotions and now this position in Flat Living’s Top 50 for 2022 shows just how quickly she has established herself as one of the best in the property management sector.”

Ms Lannon, who graduated with a BSc in Real Estate Management from the University College of Estate Management in 2019, is a Member of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Institute of Residential Property Management.

She said: “I’m thrilled and honoured to have been recognised by the Property Management 50 Hall of Fame 2022.

“I love working at Principle as the company’s vision and direction matches my own in terms of making sure that everything we do is focused on providing the best service to our customers.

“Principle is also community focused and invests in its people, and so I want to thank Brett and the other directors for having faith in my skills.”
