A skilled property manager with more than ten years’ experience has been recruited by Principle Estate Management.

Mr Riaz, from Worcester, will look after a portfolio of freeholder and residential management company clients, as well as new-build and traditional blocks of flats.

Andrew Winstanley, senior associate director at Principle, said: “We’re delighted to have appointed Adil who join us with over a decade’s experience in the industry with large clients.

“He impressed us at the interview with his strong customer service focus, his caring, friendly commitment and his willingness to go the extra mile – all aspects that are very attuned to the way Principle operates.

“We liked the fact that he has a wide experience of managing both large and bespoke sites, and the fact that he is a Law graduate shows that he has knowledge and an eye for complex detail.”

Mr Riaz’s new portfolio is a wide ranging one that stretches across the country, and his role will be supported by Principle’s team of remote property inspectors using the Qube site survey app.

He said he had been particularly attracted to Principle by the company’s confident vision and values which, in summary, are: ‘We’re united; we own it; we choose positivity; we make a difference, every day; and we never settle.’

Mr Riaz, who graduated in Law in 2004 from the University of Central England, now Birmingham City University, added: “I’m delighted to be joining Principle which has a growing reputation as a company with a positive approach that cares about its staff and clients.

“I am looking forward to bringing all my experience to the company and helping it make an even bigger impact in the sector in 2022.”
