Four staff who started at Principle Estate Management back in 2021 have graduated with flying colours from their apprenticeship programmes.

Principle, headquartered in Birmingham but with offices in London and a property portfolio across the UK, invested in the staff development via Protocol Consultancy Services.

Stephanie Jobson, operations director of Principle, explained that all four apprentices would now be continuing their development by working through the ranks of the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM).

Mrs Jobson said: “We’re very proud of all four apprentices for the progress they have made and now look forward to continuing to support their growth and knowledge in their departments.

“Principle makes a serious commitment to training and development with all its staff, and we are very pleased with the outcomes of our investments with Protocol, which runs the apprenticeship programmes really efficiently.

“Our constant development of staff ultimately results in their great focus on making a real difference to our customers lives, which benefits everyone.”

The successful apprentices include:

  • Henna Nawaz, who previously studied at University College Birmingham, completed her Customer Service Level 2 apprenticeship, and will now continue in her current role as a property assistant.

  • Alanis Griffin, who previously studied at Solihull College, completed her Customer Service Level 2 apprenticeship, and has now moved into a new position in business development with Principle.

  • Seran Fitzpatrick, who previously studied at Solihull Sixth Form College, completed her Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship, and will now continue in her current role as a client service assistant.

  • Aliyah Lowe, who previously studied at Birmingham Metropolitan College, completed her Business Administration level 3 apprenticeship, and will now continue in her current role as a credit controller.
