Principle appointed to manage large east end apartment scheme after resident approval.
Principle Estate Management has won a prestigious new contract to look after 48 apartments near to a famous street in the East End of London.
The appointment to manage Portrait Place, located just off Brick Lane, followed a full tender and resident consultation process.
Brick Lane is located in the borough of Tower Hamlets, running south from Swanfield Street in Bethnal Green through Shoreditch and ending in Whitechapel.
The Portrait Place development is on Bacon Lane, near to the junction with Brick Lane and just around the corner from the renowned Brick Lane Market.
Joe Jobson, joint managing director of Principle, said: “We are really delighted to have won this instruction, particularly on the basis that it was with residents’ approval.
“Taking the time to talk to leaseholders and understand their concerns and how we could deal with them really does add value.
“Following a due diligence site inspection by our locally based site inspector, it was clear that there are works required and we are excited to hit the ground running.”
