Principle wins more than ten developments in major expansion in south of England
More than ten residential developments have been added to Principle’s growing property portfolio in a major expansion into the south of England this year.
The new contracts won since the start of 2024 include managing Turnberry Quay, a high-rise waterside development of 89 apartments in London’s vibrant Docklands Area.
A key part of this instruction will be ensuring the building’s safety and fulfilling all the latest legal obligations related to high-rise developments.
The Turnberry Quay job also involves managing with full-time concierge staff on site to ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of communal areas and the central heating plant serving each property.
Another stand-out contract is Casbrook Fields, a complex and exclusive estate scheme in Romsey, Hampshire.
This contract involves Principle’s skilled teams managing sustainable drainage systems, various landscaped areas, plus extensive woodlands and a local area of play.
Other examples of the residential developments Principle has taken on in the south include:
· London Court, a 43-unit retirement living scheme in Oxford
· Palace View, a luxury apartment block in a scenic area next to the River Thames, just a short walk from Hampton Court Palace, and
· Adelphi Court, a 38-unit apartment block on the prestigious East Cliffs of Bournemouth.
Jack Swann, senior business development manager at Principle, said: “We’re thrilled with our continued expansion in the south of England.
“It’s an exciting time to be part of the Principle team with recent appointments to provide the management services on more than ten new schemes across London and the south since the start of the year.
“This is made up of a diverse range of properties, many requiring a specialist property management service and high level of expertise.
“We successfully navigated the competitive tender process for each scheme, and so we’re delighted with the latest instructions.
“They not only allow us to showcase our expertise but also give us the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through our personal and professional approach, something myself and the Principle team are really passionate about.”
The team covering the south includes Jack Swann, Rachael Hornby, Associate Director, who oversees Principle’s London office and Molly Wheeler, senior property manager in the south.
Mr Swann added: “One of our focuses is to get our prospective key team members involved at an earlier stage of the tendering process
“This gives prospective clients the added comfort to know we have a highly experienced property management team already in place.
“This is a vital component for successful management services, and I’m confident it will enable us to continue our expansion in the south while also maintaining our personal service.”
Launched in 2018, Principle now has more than 65 staff looking after a portfolio of more than 16,000 units at around 375 developments across the UK.
