Principle’s latest acquisition and our expansion in the north west

We’ve acquired FMS Estate Management Ltd, a managing agent based in Poulton-le-Fylde. With more and more of our business expanding beyond Birmingham and London, we’re looking forward to having a base in the north west, which has ambitious targets for housebuilding.

Joint Managing Director Joe Jobson commented, “Darien Jay, the owner of FMS Estate Management Ltd, is a well known figure in the north west of England, particularly in property services. We are very pleased to have reached agreement with him on the transfer of all properties under management across to Principle.”

FMS Estate Management Ltd has 1,300 units across more than 30 properties in Lancashire, Cumbria and Merseyside, building on our current portfolio of almost 20,000 units in the UK. This is our second acquisition since launching Principle Estate Management in 2018.
