Ellie Ricketts - Service Charge Accountant of the Year

Ellie is an AAT qualified accountant who joined Principle in January 2023 to work within the service charge accounting team. She deals solely with business integration, handling the service charge accounts for each new site and working with the previous managing agents to get all their financial information and resolving any issues.

In this challenging role, Ellie has developed a real skill for building relationships and managing timeline, deadlines and expectations. This year we have taken on over 7000 new units and Ellie will have handled the service charge accounts for every single one.

Stephanie Jobson - Outstanding Management and Leadership

Stephanie Jobson is our Operations Director at Principle. Steph has transformed Principle since she joined in 2021, leading the direction and growth strategy of the company, setting out the future, sharing this and motivating and inspiring the team.

Through Steph’s strategic vision, we are better equipped to navigate challenges in the constantly changing landscape of property management, which is as important as ever given the significant changes happening both in our industry and beyond.

Alex Jordan - Property Manager of the Year

Alex has worked in property management for 17 years and joined Principle Estate Management two years ago. Alex is all about customer engagement which she embodies through being hands on and prioritising customer relationships. She is proactive and happy to take on challenging situations.

Alex puts residents first and keeps them up to date on where their money is spent, what's happening and does this through her regular newsletters. Her approach is welcomed by residents, and clients go to Alex for advice and guidance.

Seran Fitzpatrick - Best Customer Service

Seran is our client services team leader.  She joined the business in 2021 as an apprentice and spent just over a year working in re-sales and doing a Level Three Business Administration apprenticeship, which she passed successfully. Seran became a client services assistant and since then, the team member on maternity leave has trained her in management skills and Seran has been promoted to team leader.

This role is a high stakes, high stress customer service role as property sales are often on the line so there’s a limited time frame to get tasks done. There have been multiple times when it’s a case of dropping everything to pick up a task which means a sale can go through. Seran is a dedicated, responsible and ambitious member of the team, and it's been great to see her progress.

Jenny Fennell - Assistant of the Year

Jenny is a true rising star in our team of property assistants. She joined us in early 2023 with 9 years of lettings experience which has enabled her to hit the ground running in our team.

Jenny is simply really good at what she does. She is diligent and proactive with whatever task she is working on. Residents say she is a really good, really proactive, good communicator, so even if she hasn't solved the problem, they're getting regular updates.

The Doyenne Awards celebrate women in the leasehold sector and the ceremony will be held on International Women's Day, the 7th March, at the KIA Oval in London.
