Rachael Hornby nominated for London Property Manager of the Year

Rachael Hornby from our London office has been named as a finalist for London Property Manager of the Year at the Property Management Awards.

Rachael joined us last year as Associate Director during a transition phase in the business and managed the handover of our London properties, many of which are high-end prime developments. She has shaped the London office to reflect our vision and values whilst working on building safety and compliance, particularly on the RMC element of the portfolio.

Rachael says: “This is a very welcome surprise after an eventful and rewarding year with Principle, helping to grow the London office and getting to know our new clients and residents. I’m delighted to be shortlisted!”

The Property Management Awards  will be held on November 21st in London.
