Principle’s Operations Team shortlisted at Midlands Young Professionals Awards

Our Operations Team have made the shortlist for Young Professional Team of the Year at the Midlands Young Professional Awards.

Operations Director Stephanie Jobson, Operations Manager Esme Williams and Systems Executive Daniel Lannon are responsible for policies and procedures, I.T and systems at Principle Estate Management. Their role is to streamline and systemise the business so that it’s efficient, effective, manageable, and makes everyone’s jobs easier and more efficient. This is all to provide the best possible service to our customers.

Over the last 12 months the team have conducted an operational review, working with every department at Principle to ensure the systems and procedures we have in place are efficient, effective and followed by all to produce consistent outcomes, including extensive staff training to ensure the new ways of working are adopted by all. They produced the Principle Playbook – an internal knowledge base housing all our internal processes, also the foundation for an onboarding and training programme.

Stephanie says: “Everyone in the team worked to their strengths. Myself from a leadership perspective, Esme from a project management perspective, and Dan from a systems perspective. We’re really committed to operational excellence and problem-solving. We are not just a support function, we are a driving force behind Principle’s achievements, ensuring that every department operates at its best.”

The Midlands Young Professionals Awards celebrates young business talent from businesses across the midlands. The awards ceremony will be held on 5th December in Birmingham.
