Alex Jordan named in Property Management 50

Our Senior Property Manager Alex Jordan is a winner in the Property Management Top 50.

The Property Management Top 50 is in its sixth year and celebrates excellence in residential property management and winners are selected in the following categories: property managers, build to rent, influencers, legends, rising stars and suppliers.

We nominated Alex for her dedication to customer engagement which she embodies through being hands on and prioritising customer relationships. She is proactive and happy to take on challenging situations, from adapting her newsletters to be pictorial in communities where English is often not the first language, to working with the council and police on fly tipping and anti-social behaviour. Her approach is welcomed by residents, and clients go to Alex for advice and guidance. She's been working with a commercial client on their first residential development and quickly put in systems and weekly meetings to help them get up and running.
