Introducing our new retirement developments

This year we have expanded our portfolio with three separate retirement developments with properties in London, Oxford and Worcestershire, including two RTM-led developments and a corporate client.  

Joe Jobson, Joint Managing Director, explains, "We're getting more enquiries for retirement living schemes and our wide range of expertise and extra-personal service within our business development and property management teams lends itself particularly well to the needs of this type of development. We’re pleased to be ending 2024 with our first retirement instructions with more in the pipeline for next year”.

Another RTM-led development, London Court in Oxford, has 43 units with communal gardens and a resident general manager:

Brian Hall, director at London Court, has given Principle a glowing review so far:
