Following a competitive tender, we’ve been appointed to manage Portman Towers, a residential development in central London. Portman Towers is located just off Portman Square and opposite Montagu Square in the highly sought-after W1 postcode area, within a short walk of Selfridges and Marylebone High Street. Each apartment across the two blocks is worth £3m+, resulting in a total value exceeding £0.25 billion.

This year we have expanded our portfolio with three separate retirement developments with properties in London, Oxford and Worcestershire, including two RTM-led developments and a corporate client.
